On November 18, I placed a $125.00 18.00 shipping order from this "company". I received a confirmation on 11-19 showing the order was ready to be shipped. My credit card was charged the $143.00. December 5 and the order is dead.
Answering machine always answers the phone although it says that office hours are 9 - 5. I have allowed 6 hours difference for GMT just in case. Sometimes the mailbox is full. Email produces no results.
So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that I have been Ripped Off. Beware of medical purchases on the internet. I have purchased previously on the internet but the companies were real and honest businesses. This Ripoff sounds like a one man screw operation.
The company names are myprivaterx.net and Impact Health Care. I'm not sure but I think they may be from UK.
