Ordered free samples off this site and then took money out my account for over £70 twice. I phoned, and wrote to them twice to cancel and to refund me as soon as possible or I would go to the Trading standards and police. Had no replies! I need to stop them from taking any more money off me before they bankrupt me. I am a single mum and can't afford giving them money for nothing!
