Game was purchased on line; followed by the supply of a disk with the purchased game and samples of other games. The disk carried an activation code. My main computer failed. when I tried to load the Scrabble onto my new laptop, the activation code was ineffective. The Customer Support web address did not yield any means of asking the company why the code was ineffective.
