I bought RightWriter having been induced by their advertising and a few reviews, I had seen online. They don't offer a trial version, so I had no choice but to buy on chance.
For those who don't know, this is an English grammar checking program.
It turns out the program is quite unsuitable as it only tells you what you did wrong and offers no suggestions or replacements. This may be what some people want, but it wasn't for me.
I immediately emailed them back (within minutes of installing), but they have been ignoring my requests for a refund. i have most recently posted another message through the online support message system.
The only conclusion I can come to is to avoid RightWriter and EliteMinds Inc.
(If they do pay up then I will update this complaint.)
Incidentally, this was grammar and spelling checked by WhiteSmoke which I now use instead. Not perfect but much better than nothing (better than Word, etc.)
