Laura Ashley as a premier furniture store, the customer service is very poor! We bought about 1300pound furniture on Nov, it supposed said those items will be delivered before the Christmas, then we didn't get any call after Christmas. We called back to confirm the delivery date, they said will be delivered on the 4th Jan. But very annoying that we didn't get one of our items (a console table) on that day. And the Laura Ashley customer service didn't give us a call to explain why our console table couldn't be delivered and they hold our 600pound on the console table for 2 and a half months.
I did call back to the customer service again, very annoying. and they told me said as the quality issue, i will have to reorder, and they can't tell me exactly delivery day.
I just want to said, I have never ever met such poor and bad customer service!!!
