I cancelled, in accordance with the 60day satisfaction, in May and sent back the full size product to the return address. 2 months later I am still being billed and they have received my cancellation as they are not sending the product. I would like a full refund of £74.86 UK Sterling to the account. I am also making a complaint to the UK trading standards.
