Poor quality of food

Food is of sub standard quality, items advertised on menu do not actually get brought out on the plate and no extra replacement or expalnation. The children's meals are extremley poor value and the side portions consist of baked beans (eight and toamato juice) and munch crunch veg (two strips of cucumber, 2 grapes, no carrott as advertised). Chips are often burnt and the mashed potato comes in one hard lump and can quite easily cause young children to choke as it did mine. When you comlain, the management refuses to repalce the meal or refund the money spent!
