Was sent a voucher a week or so ago... great :) free pizza... rofl... if you get this voucher... save your money and go to the supermarket / pub / Independant Pizza Takeaway Shop.
1) Followed a link on the voucher... to PHQ site which didn't accept voucher
2) Called shop which triggered the voucher being sent... they apparently won't honour it because it was "Pizza Hut Delivery" not "PHQ"
3) Called customer care line to be told
a) They weren't customer service they only take orders
b) They don't take orders for PHQ (Whos website I got the number from)
c) They don't have customer service / supervisors and theres nothing I can do so I should just go somewhere else
This is not the first time, last time they got my order wrong, burnt the dessert and were generally rude... not to mention the unauthorised e-mails I keep receiving from their "partner" companies even though I only gave permission for them to contact me directly.
I would recommend if you want a takeaway pizza unless you want poor service, like spam (of the e-mail type) and want food which is often far from as apetising as it looks on the pictures.
