On the first occasion when i went into the establishment when i put my order in the staff were joking and throwing the food i ordered from the front servery to the back severy with total disregards to the customers feelings i refused the order due to the fact it had been throwing about the server was very un simpathetic to my veiws. Then when my wife went to the same establishment when she put in a order and the chicken from the tray fell on the floor the staff were ignoring it also a pair of tongs fell on the floor the staff were also ignoring that eventually somebody picked up the tongs and just left them on a shelf which is unhygenic and i was very shocked and it was a disgrace.
