We two couples were travelling to thailand from heathrow airport and decided to to have a bite to eat at tgi s as we use them in northampton where we live and use them a lots We decided to have the beefburger and chips as it looked good and fills you up before the long trip 12 hours, on the arrival of our food it was clear this was a rush job the beefburgers were solid and the filling inside was a mess we could not even cut through the rolls we could not beleive we were in a tgi s it was horrible they fetched us some fresh ones after comlaining, which by then we could not face them to be eaten. It seemed because people were catching flights they were dishing up food to quick without looking at the quality, and even the couple next to us were disgusted but told us they did not have the time to complain as they were catching a flight, I am in my sixties and have never complained about food on the internet but held TGI S as excellant in northampton but feel you should be keeping check in heathrow as there tousands of people using the airport plus TGIS and beleive me this was not good for your reputation as a food source for people using for the first time.
