On the 6th march we went to mcdonalds for tea. We ordered 2 big mack meals 2 happy meals with nuggets 1 chicken mayo. we received our food and went home which is just around the corner. Upon opening our food we found to our dismay that all our food was cold apart from the chicken nuggets.so as you can amagine we were not very pleased, we use the store on a regular basis and have never had any problems. I would be most grateful if you could investigate this matter further at this branch. Atleast making sure that this does not happen to us again and other paying customers. thankyou and would hope to hear from you soon to resolve this issue...
