IS THER ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP IM AT MY WITTS END WITH THIS PERSON IN THIS SHOP SHE SOLD ME A HOTPOINT WASHING MACHINE WITH 4 MAJOR FAULTS ON 1/5/10 AND EVER SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IT EXCHANGED, SHE INSISTED AN ENGINEER CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE THE FAULTS WAS AS I SAID WHICH WAS AGREED WITH THE ENGINEER AND DEBBIE WAITED FOR WEEKS SHE NEVER GOT BACK THEN THE MACHINE FORMED A LEAK SHE AGAIN SENT OUT AN ENGINEER WHO SAID IT NEEDED YET MOR PARTS AND ALSO INFORMED THE SHOP ON MY HOUSE PHONE THAT THE ORIGINAL FAULTS WERE STILL NOT DEALT WITH SHE SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT US NOT TILL THE FOLLOWING WEEK DID SHE CALL MY MOBILE I AGAIN INSISTED I DID NOT WANT IT REPLACED NOW I HAVE RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING SHE HAS BOOKED AN ENGINEER TO COME TO REPAIR MY MACHINE ON THE24/11/10 WITH OUT ASKING IF ME OR MY WIFE CAN SORT OUT THE OFF WORK.PLEASE HELP ME [email protected]
