Poor service

Purchased a range cooker from comet on 22/11/10 to have delivery on 01'12'10..sat in and waited for delivery only to ring and ask for a delivery time to be told that delivery was scheduled but they have no stock!! arranged delivery for the 8th dec 10, to get a call to say cannot deliver due to bad weather... arranged delivery for the 15th dec. to get a phonecall to say cannot deliver until 16th dec... driver called as promised and arrived 20 minutes later!!! disconnected the existing hob and got the pipework done then brought the cooker off the van only to be told that one of the doors was smashed!!! the driver was very sympathetic and rang his head office they said they would order a replacement... i insisted they install the cooker as i had been without for three weeks now... i was promised a call to arrange delivery of the replacement... no call.. i rang customer services on 17th dec (today) and was told that i would get a call today!!! it is now 19 42 pm and still have not recieved a call!!! all i have been offered is £19.95 delivery charge i am completely disgusted at the appauling service and lack of empathy on comets behalf... reference number is 1081071746 mrs julie calvert
