Goods delivered to wrong address

I would like to complain regarding my items which were delivered to the wrong address. I was informed that the delivery note was left at flat 28 and yet I changed my address to flat 34f WLMHT which reflects in my card details. I was informed that, that was rectified and I had been receiving my items at flat 34f. The person who delivered my items last Tuesday left the note at flat 28 at the door and the flat is vacant at present. I was alarmed by somebody who went past there.
