I will try to keep this brief. I purchased a new phone & sim for 03 after receiving a call from freemobiles 4u.com. This phone was for my birthday, so after receiving it on 01.04.09 I did as instructions said & charged it . the next day i noticed the battery was down at 12pm by 50%.I called the company and they said let it die and recharge again, this i did. no joy. they said send it back by reg post which i did, & on receipt they wud send bak another phone.
After many calls and having to borrow a sim and phone from my daughter which cost me over £30.00 found out from 03 mobiles that the contract had been cancelled on the 18th of April without my consent! in all it has cost me £45 .00 Im disgusted with the customer service, empty promises, lies and thieves!
They promised me money back. a new phone, but they still havnt contacted me to tell me all this! thankyou.
