MOBILEFUN - NO DELIVERY & NO COMMUNICATIONS

I placed and online order on the 26 September. Had email to say goods have been shipped and should arrive in 6-8 working days. It has now been 20 working days and the goods have not even entered the country. The only respond if you threaten them, even then they most do not respond. They have not even been able to give me any information regarding where the goods are or if they have even left their premises. I have proof the the payment went off my bank account.

Their telephone line has not actual operator or physical person on the other end, there is only automated prompts and responses. Even with no actual person on the other end of the phone they only open the lines at 10am and close at 5pm. Everything after purchase has been an absolute nightmare.

They were so quick to respond prior to my order when I asked some simple questions, now that they have my money I get no feedback.
