PC SPECIALIST
LTD Prepared to spend 2000 on the perfect PC? Then dont shop at PC Specialist Units 20

I have always built my own PC's... But I needed a new one and hadnt built one for a few years

This one needed to be the ultimate PC... and i was prepared to pay for it

It is difficult to spend 2000 on a PC in the UK .. and so i expected it to be a very nice experience

PC Specialist however, dont really care what you want, or how much you are paying

After waiting with baited breath for 4 weeks, I finally received my built PC. First time i turned it on, I got the message 'your PC was not powered down correctly... recovering' ... wrong sound card sw installed, impossible to 'shut down' the pc, had to hold the power button to turn it off.

It also had the wrong hard drives... even though i had questioned this during the build process... So it had to go back.

Small complaints i hear you say... i havent even started yet

3 Weeks later it finally arrived back... this time with the wrong operating system installed.

I lived with it, due to the fact i wanted to finally play some games...

But it would hang every 30 minutes and need a reboot...

I also bought the most expensive power supply going... but touch the power lead and the pc would reboot...

I wrote to complain, and received no reply

If you of thinking of buying an ultimate PC, then you are better off throwing 2000 out the window than ordering from PC Specialist... at least then someone other than a robbing uncaring company gets some fun from your money

I always felt like I was talking to employees who couldnt care less about the customer... young men who still dont understand life and take pleasure from the feeling of power, or really cant be bothered to help

An attitude like that, when seen in multiple instances, really can only come from the top

Shop at PC Specialist at your peril
