I used there service because of the price, I admit i should have looked them up better, and i paid through paypal. Now I am not sure why there are reports here claiming they are not a verified company when they are verified as per my paypal information.

It does say they are a non-us business but they are indeed verified. I used this service on Dec 20 which is a few days before some of the reports here. also contrary to some of the reports it states there is no way to get a refund and that simply is not true at all. Anything you pay by paypal can have a claim opened up against. When you log into your paypal account click on Resolution Center then click on Report a Problem and choose the Item Dispute options. This will then generate emails to you and to the other party by paypal and if this does not work you escalate the claim within the timeframe given to you. You can only escalate if the company does not contact you.
Now I set a claim in to wirelessunlocking when I did not recieve a response from 2 emails I sent them which people are saying is happening to them. So I went to paypal and set the claim in motion with the Item Dispute and when I did not get any response within 7 business days I escalated the claim which means if the email generated is not replied to by the seller then you automatically win your refund. I escalated my claim on jan 6 and recieved my refund from wirelessunlocking.com on jan 7 so obviously they will refund your money because there is nothing they can do.
I also argued that if you go to their website there is no Terms and Conditions listed. These did not appear until you go to the link they provide in there email claiming they cannot unlock your phone.

so log into your paypal accounts and start those item disputes against this company the more they recieve the faster paypal will remove them from their services.
