On or about the 20th march i ordered a tv/dvd combi and paid for it over the phone. i was told it would be a month before delivery. as yet it has still not arrived and when i have contacted onetv they blame the courier company, since i pointed out that it was onetv and not the courier that took money from my account i hold them responsible. since then i have had no contact with them other than an e-mail telling them i had contacted which magazine and bbc's watchdog
