Hi there, this company, MyDV have been ripping off UK customers by selling electrical goods on the net.
The scam I got caught in was for the Sony PSP Playstation.
When I first saw the web site in November they were advertising PSP Playstations as (in stock, in UK. As these were virtually unobtainable, the grandson wanted one, my daughtergave me the cash and I pressed the button.
Conformation came straight away, when the card statement came I had been charged exchange commision adding another 5.oo.
The first Email came some 10 days later telling me that they didnt actually have them in stock, oh oh
Fired off six Emails, no response, tried the phone, no answer, oh oh.
When I eventually got them on the phone (January 9th) they were most surprised that I wasnt happy with the service that I hadnt recieved, demanded refund to card, (agreed), never heard another thing, oh oh
Statement arrived yesterday, no refund, so I have contacted the card co, MA attourney general and now complaint.
Lets see what happens now
