I am wondering if you can help me. I bought a Rococco Chanderlier on the 3/10 from newlightingdirect.co.uk costing 174.57 sterling paid via pay pal. As the light did not arrive within the 2-4 weeks, I requesting a refund on the 8th dec and still awaiting even though i have e-mailed them a dozen times. An e mail on the 28th feb from them said it was a problem with my paypal and that they had tried to refund me twice but failed. They suggested sending me a cheque which i accepted but this also failed to arrive. Now they are not answering my e-mails or answering there phone. Is there any chance i can get a refund through the credit card company?
