We have tested MRF 421 sent us by Advanced Semiconductor

The performance of this transistor is pathetic. we received 10

transistor. Out of which 5 did not work at all. And other 5

transistor did not respod after 2 to 3 seals.

The DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS

Output Capacitance of transistor should be :550 to 800 pF

but According to our test, it is found to be 50pF in few transistors

and 150Pf in other transistors.

Another Important Fact About Advanced Semi is Communication Gap. Mr,

Vasukumar did not respond to our R&D team calls from the moment we

received the shipment till this date. We regret ouself being

associated with such bad experience.
