Not getting my orde

I first placed my order on the 26th november 2 weeks later i had still not recieved my order therefore i sent an email to sony ericsson asking had my order been processed! i recieved an email back 2 days later to inform my that my order had been cancelled and they gave me a number to ring!! the next day i rang and was told the order was cancelled due to a security call which i was supposed to get, but didn't! thus i replaced the order on the same day, friday 11th december!! yet another week went by and still had not recieve my order or funds been taking out of my account!! i therefore rang again on the 21st december, was told that the order had not been processed because of a security call, which again i didnt not recieve!! the operator told me that he was again put the order throught and he confirmed for me, when asked, i would not be "recieving" a security call!! the order was meant to b a christmas present and i am extremely unhappy that with all my efferts, i still didnt recieve my order and its now christmas eve!! sony ericsson are very unreliable, i would have appreciated greatly if they had even rang me the first time to let me no the order hadnt been processed!! i'm outraged at the lack of effert made by sony ericsson to insure their costumers recieve their orders!! i will never order from sony ericsson in the future
