Miss selling and return of cool off period and charges

When i got the contract for my mobile i was told there was a 14 day cooling off period, but when i took it back to the store they told me that was wrong and that the cool off period was 7 days, so they refused to take it back and terminate the contract and said if i wanted to cancell it i would have to pay the 18 month contract.

I explained to them the service they sold to me was not what they said it was, and what im paying for as they said i would get more or less full signal in my area, but i get no signal what so ever, where ever i go unless im at a high point i might get signal. This is not the service i agreed to pay for each month, i also told them that i use the phones internet service, but they did not tell me that everytime i use the internet it will cost me £1.oo.

If the contract is not terminated imediatly i will go to trading standards and court and sue you over the miss selling of this agreement. my account no: 53544412
