Julian Frisk
Fake USPS money orders Indiana, Florida, Strattforshire, England

This "Julian Frisk" contacted me via telephone service for the deaf inquiring about my dogs advertised in our local paper. He was very anxious to give me more than my asking price for my "troubles" until he could have shipping arranged by a third party. The dogs were going to England and I had no idea how much it cost to ship these 20 pound puppies overseas. "Julian" played on my sympathy by first telling me he was hearing and speech impaired, thus the text relay calls using an operator.

Then, he further went on to exploit me by saying the delay from the time he first contacted me was because he was recently "diagnosed with cancer." Then 3 weeks later, AFTER we agreed he would buy my dogs, send money orders and we were to cash them immediately and Western Union the cash to England to prepay for his shipping of our products, he overnights the money orders.

We immediately took the 4 USPS MOs totaling $3920.00 to our bank and deposited them, got cash, paid ourself AND the Western Union fee, and sent the cash via Western Union to another person in England is to arrange shipping of the dogs. IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the $$ he emails me and wants to send me $10, 000 in USPS MOs and wants me to keep $1, 000 for my "trouble" again. I reported this to Customs, FBI, my local police, postal inspector and was told this is a major scam to the tune of $14 million in the US between December and February.
