Responding to a news paper advertisement, I placed the first order. I wasn't told that I had to purchase more books. I had been sent further invoices without anything being sent. SWINDON Wales

Responding to a news paper advertisement, I placed the first order of books online. The books were not what I expected. I decided to close the account. I placed a request on their website. I was told that I had to pay for the second order which I never received. When I explained to them that I wanted to close my account. i was told their terms and conditions state that I have to place 4 more orders. To process my cancellation report, I was asked to pay a cancellation fee of 40.00.

I offered to return my introductory offer of books but they are not responding to my request.
