I purchased a Gucci purse as an early Christmas present for my wife. When she opned the package she found it was faulty and returned it to Handbag Crush. They said they had sent it back to Italy and we chased for months for its replacement or refund, the reply was always supplier has not returned it yet. I gave a cut off date before I went legal. On that day Handbag Crush said they had ceased business but they are still taking orders on the web.

their web site recently announced a tie up with ClearlyChic.com another internet provider operating from Sutton Coldfield and probably being run by the same crooked guy Lance Winkless.
