This company has been taking money ranging from 20 pounds and 12.99 pounds since october 07, could have been going longer *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!

To my knowlodge thi company has been taking money ranging from 20 pounds and 12.99 pounds since last october, it may have been going on longer but as i have just discovered it,

i am in the process of trying to find out who they are, but they dont seem to exist other than a rip off company, i have been in touch with my bank, but sadly they werent to helpfull, i want this to stop now! but i dont know how to do it, it is causing me financial pressure as i am only on benefits, i did not sign up to this company.

can anyone help me in how to stop this, i dont see why the bank cant, and i dont think its right that i may have to shut down my account and go to another bank, as this is mental stress i can do without.

has anyone any suggestions or anything that can help me in this matter? please! i am not an internet wiz kid, and i seem to be getting nowhere at the moment,
if there is anyone who can help me i would very very much appreciate it
