I received an emial from "net lottery corporation" stating that my email address was attached to a ticket #5388/02 that drew my lucky number. After I had sent back an emial with my name, address and phone number I got back antoher email stating I had to send my own money to the uk then they would indeed send my money. I did some checking and there is no such people or lottery and since it sounded just like one I had seen on here before im sure it is the same people.
