This crazy lunatic named David Payne of "Videx" Shepherds is a CRIMINAL! He advertises to have top show line West German dogs of high calibur. What he really does is have a couple of them on hand, but has unpedigreed mutts that he breeds. He will sell you a foul little creature, claiming it to be out of top parents, when it is really out of average backyard dogs. He swindled me out of $3, 000 plus costs!!! I bought an 8 week old puppy from him which he claimed to be great show prospect, out of his stud, Rocky vom haus Tepferd.
What I got? A malnourished puppy with one testicle, mange and a scar above his right eye. DAVID PAYNE was completely beligerent to me when I phoned him, once I picked the puppy up and noticed these things at the airport! I have had 4 phone conversations with him and every time he was DRUNK. I could barely understand what he was uttering. DO NOT BUY A DOG FORM THIS CROOK! HE IS A LIAR AND THIEF! I have reported him to the KC in the UK. He refuses to replace this puppy or even take my calls now. Then, he sent me a filthy email telling me about the sexual acts he was going to do to me.
