Having been with JNR since April booking a block of 30 hours seeing that I had to do the test over the summer, allowing ample time for preparation and I was assured of this after making payment in full when I had already done the first lesson.
From there things went downhill, with lessons being cancelled in the last minute messing up any plans for the day. Switching phone off or not responding to phone calls or texts. Waiting two weeks for a lesson and suddenly using random excuses to delay it for further weeks.
All in all, this man has wasted my time and money (lost money on test day TWICE! having only had 10 hours of lessons in 8 months! The other 15 hours were paid for and accounted for with a receipt, but it really has little or no bearing as the business cares little once payment has been made, which seems like a very common theme when I look at the GENUINE feedback JNR has amassed. Good driver, but does that really matter if you aren't getting lessons.
I am in a dire financial situation and very much needed to be prepared to drive for the profession I am looking for. I now cannot do that due to the driving instructor taking the money and running, as he has done to others according to the feedback he has on ciao.co.uk
