I have 3 young children, two of them being under 5 and one who has a brain condition so is classed as high risk. I phoned gasway this evening around 5pm to report my boiler isn’t working and can’t get any hot water and my heating isn’t working, the guy I spoke to said that no one can come out til tomorrow at the earliest, didn’t even put it down as an emergency or offer me heaters to keep us warm for the night knowing I have 2 children under 5 and one being high risk so tonight we have to sit in a flat that is very cold knowing how cold it is outside, if any of my children get poorly due to no heating and hot water and being cold then I will be blaming gasway, I’m absolutely disgusted in gasway!
