Flat no 1905 on 19th floor was purchased off plan in wintower 2 plot bi Dubai -jumeriah lake towers
on 3-10 from The wind fz-llc, Flat was paid in full after 10% discount for full payment at start.
The website of the development is still on but the contact numbers given are not working. After few delays
i met personally the secretory and wife of developer Dr Azizi and i was told flat will be completed and handed
over this month (October) but i have come to know that not much of building has been erected, until last
year they used to send news letters and videos of construction but no news now.i have emailed numerous times and
tried to contact but no telephone number is working.
I have all receipts of payment and contract along with all news letters and videos recordings. The website of
builder is still functioning but telephone numbers and contact details not functioning. I will be grateful to direct
me what action i should take to recover my money. Thank you
