I bought the game 'chronicles of riddick', after playing on the game a few times and i have now got a laser burn not around the disc but across it!! the game will now not play at all!!! and after paying £40 for this game, i took it back to the shop where i purchased the game and theres nothing they can do, and microsoft customer service is a waste of time as you get passed to different people and nothing gets done, i would like to know if anyone can suggest anything else, as i dont want to buy another game and the same thing happen again.
