Only had netbook since december son had accident with water. they phoned me back saying water damage warrenty did not cover this. its only 3 months old!! they wanted me to pay £199 for a new hard drive and keyboard. the hard drive is fine it works it loads!! just needs new keyboard. i refused to pay and it was sent back. my 18 yr old son re installed windows and on screen keyboard it works fine. I'm still paying for this netbook from my catulogue and yet the warrenty did not cover anything. i was being charge for something that did not need repairing. i keep sending HP emails complaining about the service i received and about their warrenties they never have email me back they just ignore me. I am 1 very unhappy custome
