Ought inkjet cartridge from sent a type which was told it was compatable, it was not it was remanufactured, they do business in the selling of remanufacted inkjet cartridges, which was damaged, and if the give you a type which say is compatable, and if anything goes wrong they create a big fuss and wont change it or refund etc the solution to this is use another company better than www.999inks.co.uk there hopless and offer very poor customer relations with the punter also they say they offer 100% customer satisfasction complete false information and untrue there is far better companys out there that www.999inks.co.uk you will be doing yourself a favour in the long run thankyou
