I was expecting a delivery from UPS. They actually put delivered on their tracking service and stated it was signed by my family name. No body had taken delivery of the Laptop in my family.
So UPS was lying and this is either fraudulent or their driver has lied/done a fraud.
It is a disgraceful service and I had to spend almost an hour chaing up a delivery worth over £1, 000.
Do not use UPS.
They are absolutely sub standard and have no regard for their customers. Their drivers also always drop of expensive parcels to neighbours, who could be short term tenants or even builders working at a house. You will not get your parcel if they are delivering.
