I have just ordered a pair of Chocolate Brown Triplet Bailey UGG Boots from www.uggsales.cc. The website stated £62.63 as the price, the homepage stated a limited offer of free delivery and returns therefore I did not forsee a different price being charged on my card. During the checkout procedure I was passed through a currency exchange whereby £71.89 was the price charged. I didnt mind as the price was still well below the usual RRP. Within the time of checkout I was provided with an order number but as I shop online frequently I assumed a confirmation email would be sent with all the details therefore I didnt take note at the time. I was passed back to the homepage without being informed that my transaction was complete or any details of delivery time etc. I was then a bit concerned so checked my bank account straight away, the company have sent for my money and as I paid by debit card my bank advise that they can do nothing to retrieve the money. I have tried to call the company but the phone number is not recognised! I have emailed customer services but have yet to receive a reply. Now reading the comments on this site plus many others I am now very worried that I am either going to receive fake boots or just receive no communication and lose my money (which was actually a xmas present). Can someone please advise me what I should do? Why are sites like these allowed on Google??!
