I orded some derrie boots on the 21.12.10 for £24.99 plus postage total £29.99 and i have still not recived then. my order ref no is RC8914712. i have tried to get in touch with you twice but all i got was a message saying:

please can you tell me what is going on, as it is know spring and i don't need the boots anymore i would like mony money back. i don't think that is to much to ask for as you have had my money form the end of december and it is know april, and i haven't had my boots.
