Fake ugg boots

On the web site they have a picture from the ugg austrailia web site of ugg boots and state that they are made in austrailia. when they arrived it said on the box that they are made in china and they look fake and don't fit properly. I sent several emails and was ignored and then i called, i was told i would get a refund, but that never happened and now the telephone number has been cut off and removed from the web site. i have emailed again but have been ignored. The boots were $138 each which is not cheap for items.
