Dont buy ugg boots from this site, www.uggboots-sale.com, this site is exactly the same as the ugg boot australia web site. When you have paid for the boots all enquires go through a company called www.luxuryvendor.com you can log your complaints and they answer you via email, after a week i contacted them and they emailed back that the goods had been sent out and would be with me in 7 days but i could have a refund if i was not happy, after 10 days i emailed again but they were bounced back to me. As yet i have not got a refund or the boots i ordered, the price charged to my credit card was even different than quoted on the web page by £10 or so, next time I will just go to a shop and buy them at least you know what you are getting and I will be going to my bank tomorrow to cancel my card.
