I purchased some chaps and boots from tackdirect.co.uk. The chaps were represented as being a medium but were very small when tried on. I called and was asked to write an email to request a return or exchange, which I eventually did. However the store claimed I was outside of their 14 day return policy, and tackdirect was very adamant that I wasn't allowed to return the goods but they generously suggested I buy another pair. An offer I, of course refused. Most shops allow 30 days to return or exchange goods. I read another customer complaint about about tackdirect.co.uk whereby exorbitant fees were charged on returned goods. It seems that building relationships with customers is not what tackdirect is interested. I will not be dealing with them again and don't recommend them.
