I was traveling to Scandinavia at 6am on 2. June and noted the long queues trying to pay the £40 'fine' for not printing their tickets from a computer at home. Ryanair now charge the EXCESSIVE £40 fine since mid May. The queue was about 170 strong and only 2 Ryanair staff were available to deal with them. I know for a fact that many people missed their flights with no refund at all. It seems that the company has no regard for their customers and seem to delight on making the journeys as unpleasant as possible. It is time for Ryanair tto answer for claiming to be low cost!! Best chose another airline!

Remember these pointers if you travel Ryanair... 10 kgs hand luggage, check in luggage 15 kgs (One customer paid £556 excess bagage on 2.6.09!! PRINT YOUR BOARDING CARD BEFORE 4 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT!!
