This issue is related to an incident at the check in desk on 16th August at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.

Air India Representative: Sam Panesar

Our luggage allowance was 46 kg per person and we had more than that. Sam Panesar was dealing with this issue. He had asked us on a numerous occasions to reduce the luggage in a extreme rude way. At one point he told my sister that the economy is so bad that they are sending you back to where you came from. Terrible attitude of Air India staff. At this point my sister and her friend cried and I couldnt handle this. He was teasing by passing remarks like such and such attitude wont help much to negotiate. I became angry at this point and was rude as well.
