I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received by this company.
I purchased 10 lessons over the phone on the 29th April. I was told I would get a call back within a week from an instructor. 5 Days later, and still no call, so I rang your team, and they apologised, saying it was usually 7 working days, and someone would be in contact soon. I called 2 days later, only to be informed that there weren't actually any driving instructors available in my area.
The customer service representative was very understanding, and begun the process for a refund immediately.
Since then I have called 3 times, each time being promised that my request was being "rushed through" and I was a "priority case"
On the 19th May I was told that the money was going to be in my account with in 40 hours. It has now been almost a month since my first call and there is still no sign of my money.
I spent 1 hour on hold just trying to get through to customer services.
Im not only pretty annoyed that I was sold lessons when the company didn't even bother to check whether they would be able to provide the service or not, and were more concerned about taking my money than customer service, but the sheer amount of time and effort I have had to put in chasing the company for a fully justified refund is just ridiculous.
