Ordered dirtbike and payed through moneybookers. Did not recieve goods. England

I ordered a dirtbike from dirtbikeandquadworld and payed through moneybookers. I ordered the bike in November and still have recieved no bike or refund despite continously asking for refund.

I have managed to keep some emails from the company and from someone called Robert Philips. The website is now unnavailable.

The bike was said to be out of stock from their suppliers and i kept getting this answer when they felt like contacting me.
