I had exactly the same problem with these rip-off merchants, they made excuse after excuse as to why they couldnt send me the bike yet were glad to take payment.it totally ruined my xmas as this was meant as an xmas gift for my 12yr old son (and i placed the order in plenty of time-oct 07).
luckily, i had payed them through moneybrookers, and having all my emails to the company ignored, called moneybrookers (at the expense of 25p a minute), i demanded that dirtbike and quad world refund me in full or that i would be contacting the police as i suspected something suspicious with them. amazingly and after several weeks i did get my money back, so perservere and maybe contact moneybrookers as a way of getting your cash back. i hate these people, for all the stress they put me through leading up to xmas and their false promises. i truly hope they get what they deserve
