Worst Airline with no human touch

My son booked for Toronto flight departed 6 hours before departure time for Heathrow. Due to total traffic block on A312 we were stuck. Called Air Line counter to give details and requested we may be late by 5 minutes. She refused to get details on phone. We did reach the counter 5 min late. My son had very important work and it was very urgent. Requested for check in but refused. Voluteered to leave bags and rush through but still declined. Showed canadian passport but to no avail. I almost fainted in front of the counter but they did not budge. I am sure that 5 min would have not affected anything but following rules so rigidly with no human touch can give you heart attack.

Next time you fly Air India Bring your doctor along to see you off
