I rented a van in June and an additional 1000.00 GBP was charged to my visa as security. I returned the van without a scratch on it and with a full tank of fuel. I have still not been refunded the 1000.00 back to my visa - it is now March!!! Do not rent a vehicle from these people unless you dont need your deposit back. They are the nicest people until you need them to help you to get money back from them!
