This is the first time i changed my airline company, as few of my friends recomended. I tried to adjust my self for the services i get throughout the journey. no personel screens on such a long 8hrs flight!!! tats first surprise.
and second surprise is... one of the airhostes asked her co-worker about his situation and he answered "hammered"!!! how can i expect any services from such a cabin crew?? by the end of my journey i end up with my broken baggage.
Second part of the complaint is ur customer service in mumbai, india.
i tried to call 4 or 5 times to postpone my return journey. but no proper answer fromcouple of your executives. giving there name when they r speaking with someone is courtesy... dont u train them??
let me see how i will endup with my return journey.
If this happens again for my return journey as well, i dont think i will fly with ur company anymore.
